Youth in Technology Animated Ads

Creative Direction, 3D Illustration, Animation ✦ 2021


A series of animated shorts used as advertisements for Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI)’s Youth in Technology Incubator program. Each animation highlights a unique aspect of YTI’s mission of teaching youth ages 12-24 in Santa Clara County about different skills and interests, from media to arts and technology.

Technology

YTI hosts a variety of workshops and programs to teach youth about technology-related skills like building a personal website, editing multimedia, and more. For this animation, we wanted to lean into the website-building aspect specifically, incorporating elements of what a student might include in their own personal portfolio.
